The experience and continuous development from the first thin-slab rolling plant producing peritectic steels since 1997 led Danieli to revolutionize hot-strip processing. Danieli QSP-DUE plants operate in coil-to-coil, semi-endless and endless modes in the same line, allowing unmatched production flexibility without steel grade limitations. Wide plate mills and combined plate/Steckel mills equipped with innovative cooling and levelling technologies provide an extended product portfolio. Cold mills operate coupled to pickling lines, and galvanizing lines guarantee the minimum and most accurate coatings to processed strip for maximum profitability.
