Danieli representatives visited Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University
Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University hosted Danieli representatives Ms. Paola Perabo, Vice President of Danieli Academy, Mr. Ivan Doro, CEO of Danieli Volga Ltd., Mr. Ivan D’Ongia, Regional Manager of Danieli Automation and Ms. Tatiana Bezrukova, the head of HR in Danieli Volga.
This wasn’t the first visit that Danieli payed to NNSTU: in May of this year, I. Doro and T. Bezrukova have already visited the university and met with the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Evgeny Ivashkin and department heads. This time they were interested in the institute and the trainings of the talented IT specialists and their preparation for the industry 4.0. framework.
Representatives of the top management of the company spoke in detail about the main activities and future directions to improve production, which will be carried out in close cooperation with the Universities.
"The company is focused on training and development of personnel. Therefore, we are here, " highlighted Ms. Paola Perabo in her speech.
During the meeting, the prospects of long-term cooperation between Danieli and NNSTU were discussed, in particular - participation in project-oriented training, networking issues, organization of internships, and recruitment of graduates.
It was agreed to organize a plant visit of Danieli Volga for the management, teachers and professors of the University, and an awareness-raising event for students of the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University during the next academic year.
