From knowing to know-how – Danieli receives an award from Confindustria for its school-work alternation program

We have been collaborating with schools since the 90s and now, thanks to the school-work alternation law this partnership has become even more efficient and productive trough the implementation of joint design initiatives, visits to the various departments, accounts of technical experts in class experts, orientation activities, and internships.

During the current school year, the Buttrio headquarters have hosted 71 internship students.

These young people have acquired a diverse experience across several sectors from design and assembly to administration, from mechanical processing to research and development, from automation to logistics and transport. There are 25 ongoing projects and further initiatives will see the light in the near future.

The truth is that nowadays learning is no longer limited to the classroom: sitting behind school desks is not sufficient to grow up.

For today’s students it’s time to learn by doing: to start focusing on the future and prepare oneself for tomorrow, learn how to relate with others and put oneself on the line by taking small responsibilities and get some satisfaction out of it, recognize one’s own aptitudes and follow them in order to develop the very best version of oneself.

L’azienda opera in collaborazione con le scuole già dagli anni 90 e ora, grazie anche alla legge sull’alternanza scuola lavoro, la partnership con gli istituti scolastici diventa ancor più virtuosa: iniziative di co-progettazione, visite ai reparti, testimonianze di tecnici esperti nelle classi, attività di orientamento, e stage.

Solo nella sede di Buttrio e per l’anno scolastico in corso, sono stati accolti 71 studenti in stage. Le esperienze dei ragazzi hanno abbracciato vari settori: dalla progettazione e il montaggio all’amministrazione, dalle lavorazioni meccaniche alla ricerca e sviluppo, dall’automazione alla logistica e trasporti.  25 progetti in corso, ed ulteriori iniziative vedranno la luce nel prossimo futuro.

Perché ormai non si impara più solo in classe, non si cresce solo stando seduti dietro al banco.

Per gli studenti di oggi è tempo di imparare facendo, di orientarsi presto al futuro e prepararsi al domani, di imparare a relazionarsi con gli altri e di mettersi in gioco prendendosi piccole responsabilità e qualche soddisfazione, di riconoscere le proprie attitudini e di assecondarle per diventare il meglio di ciò che già sono.
