Inde 2018 – Because every great career starts with training
The “Inde 2018” project was launched in Danieli Academy on 3rd September 2018. It is dedicated to young technicians with a high-school diploma or a university degree and represents an innovation within the training and development program offered by Danieli.
In the environment conducive to innovation we encourage young talents to use their skills and aim to transfer the know-how which led our company to be one of the world's leading players in the steelmaking field.
It is expected to be completed over a period of eight months and will involve the young technicians in the development of specific skills and knowledge needed to become a mechanical designer.
