Merging of Josef Fröhling with W+K Industrietechnik into Danieli Germany
Improving organization and customer service in German speaking countries
Effective on December 31st, 2016, Danieli has merged Josef Fröhling GmbH & Co. KG with W+K Industrietechnik GmbH & Co. KG into Danieli Germany GmbH.
From that date on Danieli Germany GmbH will thus, as universal successor, assume all rights and obligations of the merged companies toward all customers, suppliers, banks and other business partners.
Danieli Germany GmbH will run from thereon two independent business premises, the company site Schifferstr. 166, 4705 Duisburg and the company site Scherl 12, 58540 Meinerzhagen.
The product lines for Danieli Fröhling, Danieli W+K and Danieli Wean United will remain self-standing brand names and product lines as business units within the company.
Jointly, they will benefit by sharing cross-product line process areas in the company and within the worldwide Danieli Group.
In addition, especially with the objective of further strengthening, relevant areas will be expanded addressing even better the German speaking market.
This will improve process efficiency and standardization in order to continue increasing customer satisfaction.
