Asian Pearl Celebration

On Thursday, July 28th, 2016,. starting at 9 a.m., after six months of training, 11 talented youths who took part in the second edition of the Asian Pearl Program celebrated their last day of training, presenting their projects to their superiors and HR colleagues.

The aim of this program is to improve internalization efficiency by hosting at Danieli headquarters in Buttrio, employees from Danieli’s Asian companies. The training program includes on-the-job training as well as specific courses to improve both technical and soft skills.
The participants from China, India, Vietnam and Thailand first introduced themselves and then delivered technical presentations describing their specific daily activities with new ideas. They also shared their own experience in working with their superiors, thanking the company for having given them this great opportunity.
At the end of the presentations each participant was given a certificate by the HRD managers.
