Award Ceremony at ITS Malignani

Five years after the start of the Higher Technical Institute courses, the brilliant employment results of the High Technician Graduates have been confirmed: six months after the achievement of their diplomas, they have entered the world of employment in a percentage close to 100%.

The ITS Foundation therefore wishes to reflect on the next future of the 4.0 industrial revolution and on its educational role. The award ceremony of the State Diplomas for the 2013/15 study courses with specialism in Automation and Mechatronic Systems and Aeronautical Maintenance therefore has also become a Conference on Industry 4.0: “Which role for ITS”? Taking part were Stefano Micelli, Associate Professor at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Gianpietro Benedetti, President of the ITS Foundation and Chairman and CEO of Danieli Officine Meccaniche, and Roberto Trabalza, Alitalia Senior Manager Components Training Center.
The prestigious venue for this event was the Auditorium Hall of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia autonomous region, an institution which has always been very attentive to the promotion of ITS, this recent and innovative non-academic higher education path.

On the occasion of the ceremony, Mr. Benedetti and Mrs. Perabò (Head of the Danieli Academy) also awarded four Scolarships worth € 3,000.00 (three thousand euro) gross each to four students attending the first year of the 2015/2017 course of the ITS in Udine with specialism in mechanical industry.
